The Cartridge Factory™ processes the most popular inkjet cartridges (print-head) used today. The CF system automatically selects the correct ink, precisely fills cartridges to their optimum ink level, and flushes the ink lines after filling to prevent ink from quickly coagulating the lines. The rugged CF aluminum cabinet has built-in ink racks and tanks for a dozen different inks. No messy cleaning is required---the machine even circulates ink at night to ensure reliable service.

The Cartridge Factory™ processes the most popular inkjet cartridges used today (HP, Lexmark, Dell, Xerox, Sharp, Compact etc.) The Cartridge system automatically selects the correct ink, cleans the cartridge print head, precisely fills cartridges to their optimum ink level, and flushed the ink lines after filling to prevent ink form quickly coagulating the lines.

The large 15" color touch screen display has easy to use interactive instructions guides for every process step. The MS Windows XP® platform can quickly be customized for point-of-sale modules, transaction details, remote inventory management, and future cartridge upgrades.

At right is the included high-speed, quick-loading industrial centrifuge used for expelling residual inks from the cartridges (for achieving a uniform empty weight). The centrifuge includes programmable ramp-up/down settings, speeds up to 2500 RPM, a door lock, and a brake. The four cartridge universal fixture holds most every popular cartridge.

The Cartridge Mart tester 2.0™ offers many advantages. The Cartridge Mart tester 2.0™ is not only able to test 72 different HP, Lexmark and Dell, Compact, Sharp & Xerox inkjet cartridges but this unique system tests the important TSR sensor which is responsible for many errors displayed on OEM Printers while using remanufactured cartridges. Also the cartridge recognition is checked and the printouts are very readable, using color mixing to verify the printing quality of the tested cartridges.
